Ad for M. B. Sleeper's radio construction guides - M. B. Sleeper is well-known today as an editor of radio magazines. In 1922 he was headliner for a company that sold guide and instruction books for experimenters and constructors who were building their own sets (all the rage at this early date of the radio era). While General Apparatus seems like a kind of indefinite name for a radio supply company, it's not clear that Sleeper Radio was any better. From RADIO NEWS for August, 1922
