A publicity and DIY magazine advertising Dutch Boy Paints, made by the National Lead Company. Early issues displayed a general range of themes, but later issues mostly worked changes on the concept of the Dutch boy actually painting things. Early issues were double-titled "CARTER TIMES," from the Carter White Lead Company of Omaha, Nebraska. The Dutch boy was named Brady.
