This women's magazine, a "mail-order journal" in Mott's words (i.e. emphasizing ads over content), was published in St. Louis 1898-1910. The Library of Congress has volumes 1902-4, Call Number AP2 .W72. At a cover price of one cent a copy and ten cents a year, it is no surprise that it could boast of the highest paid circulation anywhere.
