Popular Magazine

One of the longer-running general-fiction pulps, Street & Smith's POPULAR MAGAZINE published 612 issues, between 1903 and 1931. It carried a wide variety of stories, and in 1927 went to weekly publication and claimed a million readers. But it didn't survive the Depression, and was merged into COMPLETE STORIES (which survived until 1937). [Source: AHGTTP]
