Founded in 1922, FRUIT, GARDEN AND HOME changed its title in 1924 to BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS in an attempt to appeal to a larger audience. It must have worked; the magazine is still being published. Click here to subscribe to it!

We now have a complete run of all of the issues published! (OK, they're not online yet. We photographed the missing issues from the copyright set at the Library of Congress in October, 2005.) Additionally, we're now showing an image of the first issue of BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS, so that you can see the continuity in design across the name change.
