Leslie's Weekly

Known variously as FRANK LESLIE'S ILLUSTRATED NEWSPAPER, LESLIE'S, LESLIE'S WEEKLY, and probably other titles, this weekly news magazine was modeled on the ILLUSTRATED LONDON NEWS and competed directly with HARPER'S WEEKLY. It ran from 1855 to the 1920's, and particularly during the early years of the twentieth century had some very interesting covers.
