Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad -1942A

They'll call him "lucky" in future decades, because in 1942 he was smart enough to see that later on, in a postwar economy, it was wise to have located on the Chessie corridor. That's right; they're planning for the postwar period. Rich guy in large, lonely house. Published in an unidentified magazine in 1942.
