Lifebuoy Soap -1931A

Where are the advertising memes of yesteryear? "B.O." was a big one, and of course we all smelled bad eighty years ago. OK, they were trying to pick him up to provide a date for the third woman in the car, and OK, they decided he didn't make the cut. Life was tough, even for guys in swank coats carrying good gloves. From the April, 1931 issue of PHOTOPLAY.
