Cream of Wheat -1922B

Two juvenile delinquents who have somehow escaped arrest point at a picture of the CoW chef on a roadside billboard, and tell their dog to go after him. "Sic'Um, Tige!" Note the original 1914 copyright date on the painting, now being reused eight years later and at the beginning of the Ku Klux Klan revival. Published in the May, 1922 issue of NEEDLECRAFT.
