Cream of Wheat -1920B

The kids are excited by the full-page ad for Cream of Wheat featuring the famous chef, telling their old black cook that he is "Mammy's Beau." An unusual case of recursive advertising art, in which reference is made to a different ad for the same product. Published in the May, 1920 issue of NEEDLECRAFT.
